Methodology
How is the price calculated?
We start from the international gold quote per troy ounce (31.1035 grams) and convert it into euros per gram. Each carat grade — 24k, 22k, 18k, 14k and 9k — is a share of fine gold: 916, 750, 585 or 375 parts per thousand.
